Precise menus will be available on Cal Dining’s website approximately a week prior to the symposium. The items currently shown are not representative of the options that will be available during the conference as the Cal Dining Team will be specially preparing food consistent with Paleo, Primal, and Perfect Health Diet guidelines. Paleo and gluten-free items will be labeled as such.
Please keep in mind there will be guests from other conferences in the dining halls; not all available food will fall within a paleo template. As always, read labels and ask questions.
